Hug Me Like You Used To

This one goes out to all those lovely Amazon packages and their packing peanut pals, you are seen. To the forgotten lovers moulded and form-fitted to their former life partners, they will always hold a spot in their hearts. A city to the ones that cradled and embraced the precious commodity more wanted than themselves. Living with the heartbreaking fact that they, the humble styrofoam, sent in the same cardboard box, are as useful as a tissue in the eyes of the hungry giants. Remnants of another time where their holes were filled and fitted comfortably to their object companions, now house a spider or some water from morning dew. Microplastic by microplastic, sandstone of another grain.
